Towns with the highest rise in home prices
More than 20 Massachusetts towns — including smaller municipalities such as Granby to the west and Manchester-by-the-Sea on the North Shore — have experienced increases in single-family median-home prices during the first six months of 2011 compared to the same time in 2005 at the peak of the local housing market.
