Home Sales In New England Down and Pending Sales Up
Natick, MA – February 18, 2014 – The RE/MAX of New England January Monthly Housing Report reflects the winter slowdown in home sales across the region. Every state except Rhode Island and Vermont experienced a dip in sales year-over-year. On average, median prices throughout New England were up 9.9% and pending sales hit double-digit increases, rising 28.1%.
